Round the Mountain via Curry Track

Superb walk from Akaroa via Woodills North to Purple Peak Curry Reserve. Enjoy regenerating and old growth forest, visit Frank Worsley's childhood home, and make a circuit round Purple Peak on Curry Track before descending. Shorter options - drive to Heritage Park or make a half circuit via Grehan Valley. Skyline Beech lookout is a short side track to old growth native beech forest.
