TRACK CLOSURES:

Due to the extreme weather event over the last few days many parts of the track network on Banks Peninsula have received extensive damage and are CLOSED. This includes all tracks on Te Ahu Pātiki, Living Springs and those associated with the Summit Road Society. We also advise against using Monument South Track as there is a slip on the access road to the starting point making it inaccessible.  We are still unsure of the status of many tracks so please PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION if you are out walking or biking on the Peninsula.

Happy Walking!
